Noi Thai Cuisine is expanding and bringing the beautiful vibe of authentic Thai food to a new location in Seattle, at Green Lake. Green Lake is one of Seattle’s most beloved parks, which brings a lot of pleasure to Seattleites. With its abundant nature and freshwater lake, a place where people enjoy outdoor activities with their family and friends.

Our dishes are created and prepared by the Master of the Royal Thai Culinary Team from Thailand. Brought with care, to ensure that our guests enjoy the best experience in the tastes of Thailand.

From Heritage to Innovation

Noi Thai Cuisine is a daughter restaurant, following in the footsteps of its mother restaurant, Bai Tong Thai Restaurants, which began as a favorite stopover for Thai Airways crews at Sea-Tac airport. Noi Thai Cuisine was established by the new generation of the family whose focus is to upgrade Thai food experiences.
